Shipping policy

Thank you for purchasing Preserve Magazine! Below you’ll find our standard shipping policy for physical copies of the magazine.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days.

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination but usually take 10–21 business days.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Carriers

We ship primarily through USPS and may occasionally use UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on destination and availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Preserve Magazine is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your magazine arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us at hello@preservemagazine.co within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or resolution.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
